Orders are delivered 10 to 15 days from the date your purchase is confirmed. We confirm the availability of the pieces you have chosen within 24 hours of your order, and the delivery period begins from that confirmation.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council states. Any customs duties and taxes on deliveries outside the UAE are borne by Lianora, not by you.
Returns and exchanges
Pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
We exchange rather than refund: a returned piece is replaced with another from the collection. Pieces that have been altered to your measurements, and pieces bought on a special offer, cannot be exchanged.
A damaged or incorrect piece
If a piece arrives damaged, or is not the piece you ordered, tell us within 2 to 3 days of delivery and send us photographs of it. We will replace it with the same design, or with a finer one at no additional cost to you. The replacement reaches you within 10 to 15 days.
Changing or cancelling an order
An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. After that the pieces are being prepared for you, so write to us and we will do what we can.
Sizes and fit
Our sizing follows the standard international numbering that boutiques already work with.
Standard international sizing
Every piece is made to standard international sizes, the same numbering shops and boutiques order in every day. Each product page lists the sizes that piece is available in, and quantities can be mixed freely across sizes of the same style.
Checked after manufacture
Our pieces are produced by established Turkish ateliers, under the supervision of leading international designers. A veteran Turkish designer reviews the finished garments and their finest details before they are packed for you.

Minimums and price per piece
Each design has its own minimum order and its own price bands, and a colour of a design may have a price of its own. Each colour counts on its own: the sizes of one colour combine to reach the minimum and a band, and every piece of that colour is then charged at the rate reached. Different colours, like different designs, are priced independently of one another.
Wholesale and retail
The prices shown here are wholesale prices, for quantity orders. Retail pricing is different. For a retail enquiry, please write to us.
Availability, then payment
Within 24 hours of your order we confirm that the designs you chose are available. Orders are paid in advance, and preparation begins once payment has reached us.

How do I choose a size?

Where is my order?
Orders arrive 10 to 15 days after your purchase is confirmed. You can follow yours from your account, or look it up with your order number and the email address you used.
Why does the price change with quantity?
Prices are wholesale and fall as the quantity of a design in one colour rises. Every piece of that colour takes the rate its quantity has reached, including sizes already in your bag.
